She is funny, like really funny. She is always happy and to be honest I have no clue how she turned out so servant hearted. As her big sister I can’t take the credit for teaching her that. All I know is that I am so blessed to have this treasure in my life. Happy birthday love!

Hello world, my name is Turner. When I was four days old my this woman came over to our house with a camera. I was not really sure what was happening, but liked the fact that my four siblings had to go and play and I got my mom all to myself. I got a little warm so you can imagine how happy I was when my mom took off all my clothes. Even the diaper ladies and gentlemen! I got so exited I peed all over the ladies books! I think she had intended for me to sleep on them with hipster glasses, but oh well…next time baby! I had a lot of fun that day! But to be honest, it is hard being born. All I wanna do is sleep, sleep, sleep. The only time I woke up during this visit was when I smelled freshly baked cookies!
So wherever you are in the world, I hope you’re doing great. Not to brag or anything but you’ll probably hear about me someday… You know when I become an astronaut or a president or maybe a hipster….

Back in May of 2012 I had the funniest family shoot to date. It was with the Gamble Family at TBS Ranch in Redding, CA. So believe me I was happy when Jen contacted me to book a maternity shoot, Yay another Gambler!!! This family is like no other I have ever met! They truly lay their lives down for the people around them and for the stories we will never hear. Cameron is the founder of Project Taken, which is an amazing organization/program/foundation that you’ll have to check out!
But back to the photoshoot and the sweetest mama on earth! Expecting her fifth child (and the last she says), Jen literally is superwoman! During our hour long photoshoot, Jen (who is expecting any day now) walked around the park in high heels and found it relaxing! All I can say is respect!
Jen! Thank you for choosing me to take your maternity pictures! Can’t wait for our newborn session!

Happy New Year!!! It is 2013 and another beautiful year to make dreams come true. My first blogpost this year is connected with this blog’s first post. It was a maternity shoot with my friend Hilde Marie on December 29th, 2010. She and her husband Scottie were expecting their first child and I had the privilege of capturing her little belly. Two years later, Hilde Marie is again pregnant (yayyy, could not be more exited) and it was time for another photoshoot.Hilde Marie has been one of my best friends for more than ten years and I am so happy to see her family grow….and especially when they turn out as cute as Benjamin!
